WebWorks Technology Solutions is a technology and creative services agency that delivers Websites & App Development, Cloud & IT Infrastructure, and Support & Maintenance solutions for modern organizations. By using our site, submitting project information, or engaging our team, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms outlined below.

1. Services Provided

WebWorks Technology Solutions provides:

• Websites & App Development: Strategy, design, and development for responsive websites, ecommerce, and custom applications (including App Starter, App Plus, Web Starter, Web Plus, and Web Premium packages).
• Cloud & IT Infrastructure: Secure cloud environments, ERP/CRM integrations, device management, and managed cloud packages such as Cloud Core and Cloud Complete.
• Support & Maintenance: Proactive cloud and website care through Cloud Care and Site Care plans that include monitoring, updates, and dedicated support channels.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our services.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project information, brand assets, and timely approvals so we can deliver milestones on schedule.
• Use our service platforms (support desk, WhatsApp, email) responsibly and according to the support tier you’ve selected.
• Ensure that any data or systems you give us access to can legally be shared and do not infringe on the rights of third parties.

4. Payment Terms

• Discovery payments, deposits, or monthly retainers are due on the dates outlined in your proposal, invoice, or managed service agreement.
• Support packages (Cloud Care, Site Care, and similar plans) are billed annually in advance unless a different cadence is specified.
• Change requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and must be approved before work begins.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, animations, code, documentation, and other materials we deliver remain the property of WebWorks Technology Solutions until full payment is received. After final payment, ownership and license terms follow what is stated in your agreement; we reserve the right to showcase anonymized work in our portfolio.

6. Limitation of Liability

WebWorks Technology Solutions is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including lost profits or business interruption.
• Issues stemming from third-party platforms, infrastructure providers, or integrations outside our direct control.
• Delays caused by late approvals, incomplete assets, force majeure events, or security incidents on systems we do not manage.

7. Termination

We may pause, terminate, or limit access to services if invoices remain unpaid, if there is a breach of these Terms, or if continued work would violate applicable law or compromise security. Clients remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
